Description
A rapidly growing company in North County is seeking a warm, organized, and responsible entry-level Front Desk Coordinator to act as the first point of contact for our organization. For someone starting their career, this role fosters an engaging environment to learn and grow. In this role, you’ll warmly welcome visitors, answer incoming phone calls and provide support to our office staff. This position is ideal for someone with a friendly disposition and excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet, assist and direct visitors.
Answer incoming telephone calls, take messages, and ensure messages are directed to the appropriate staff member.
Maintain clean and organized reception area.
Ensure reception and common areas are tidy and presentable.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
