Description

Our client in Cardiff is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Junior Staff Accountant. Key Responsibilities:
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts.
Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Help with financial analysis and reporting as needed.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.
Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred; however, it is not required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
