Description
We are seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist at our office in Carlsbad. This entry-level position does not require prior experience, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Answer and transfer incoming calls in a polite and professional manner.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and packages.
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Provide support to other office staff as needed.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Friendly and approachable demeanor.
