Robert Half Recruiting Coordinator in Carlsbad, California

Description We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to be a part of our team, based in Carlsbad, California. This role lies within the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry, offering a short term contract employment opportunity. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be expected to provide administrative support to the recruiting team, coordinate with candidates, and utilize various software to ensure efficient recruiting processes.

Responsibilities:

• Perform administrative duties to aid the recruiting team in their operations.

• Schedule and manage interviews for potential candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

• Facilitate the collection and organization of required documents from candidates.

• Assist in the creation and updating of job descriptions to attract potential candidates.

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for daily tasks and maintaining records.

• Understand and adhere to the recruiting process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

• Maintain high attention to detail in all aspects of work to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

• Use at least one Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate information and recruitment stages.

• Assist in conducting background checks and other hiring processes.

• Oversee the documentation process and ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services

• Knowledge and experience in ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Familiarity with Careerbuilder

• Proficiency in using Kronos Timekeeping System

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with About Time software

• Ability to conduct and interpret Background Checks

• Understanding of Benefit Functions

• Strong Documentation skills

• Experience with Hiring Processes in the healthcare industry

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Familiarity with federal, state, and local employment laws

• Experience working in healthcare, hospitals, or social assistance industry is a plus.
