This General Office Clerk role is a short-term temporary opportunity in the Carmel-by-the-sea, California area, and will be responsible for performing various administrative support tasks, including operating office equipment and completing general clerical work.

Your responsibilities in this role

  • Offer help with front desk and receptionist duties

  • Offer friendly customer service accurately and quickly

  • Provide a warm environment to customers

  • Place and receive telephone calls

  • Provide support to other employees with diverse projects as necessary

  • Performing data entry, scanning, word processing, copying, filing, and faxing

  • Carry out correspondence according to prescribed style and format


  • Strong time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to multitask, collaborate and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds in a fast-paced environment

  • Solid understanding of Administrative Office

  • 1 Year of Office Clerk experience at minimum suggested

  • Prepared to handle office equipment

    • Knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing

  • This position requires a high school diploma or its equivalent

  • Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
