Your responsibilities in this role
Offer help with front desk and receptionist duties
Offer friendly customer service accurately and quickly
Provide a warm environment to customers
Place and receive telephone calls
Provide support to other employees with diverse projects as necessary
Performing data entry, scanning, word processing, copying, filing, and faxing
Carry out correspondence according to prescribed style and format
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to multitask, collaborate and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds in a fast-paced environment
Solid understanding of Administrative Office
1 Year of Office Clerk experience at minimum suggested
Prepared to handle office equipment
- Knowledge of Word and Excel
Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
This position requires a high school diploma or its equivalent
Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
