Description
We are in search of a meticulous and skilled Accounting Manager/Supervisor to join our team located in Carmel, California. The selected candidate will be tasked with handling a variety of accounting responsibilities, including processing a high volume of payables and receivables, account reconciliations, and preparation of monthly financial reports. This role operates within the real estate industry and requires the ability to understand general ledger financial accounting.
Responsibilities:
• Process a high volume of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently
• Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accurate records
• Prepare comprehensive monthly financial reports
• Manage intercompany reconciliations to ensure consistency and accuracy across all divisions
• Handle credit card reconciliations to verify the accuracy of transactions
• Engage in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax reports
• Communicate extensively with vendors, clients, and associates to resolve inquiries and maintain strong relationships.

Requirements
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Accounting Manager/Supervisor.
• Proficient in Accounting Software Systems.
• Knowledge of Concur software.
• Ability to manage Accounting Functions.
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Understanding of Auditing principles and methods.
• Ability to manage Billing Functions.
