Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Inventory Clerk in Carmel, California. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inventory, software management, keeping track of supplies, and offering technical support. This role is situated within the industry of animal healthcare, requiring you to work closely with our team to ensure efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
• Handle and manage inventory to ensure optimal levels are maintained
• Utilize various software systems to track and report inventory levels
• Assist in unpacking and managing inventory upon arrival, ensuring all items are correctly recorded and stored
• Work with the bookkeeper to run reports, tracking spending and maintaining financial accuracy
• Offer technical support when necessary, providing solutions to any issues that may arise
• Ensure all invoices are accurately processed and recorded
• Learn and adapt to new software systems as required, ensuring efficient operations
• Perform clerical duties as needed, including answering inbound calls, auditing, and maintaining charts and graphs
• Utilize ERP solutions for enterprise resource planning and management
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all tasks. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role or relevant field
• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
• Proficiency in Cerner Technologies
• Proficiency in Epic Software
• Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Proficiency in ERP Solutions
• Proficiency in About Time software
• Experience with answering inbound calls
• Experience in auditing
• Proficiency in creating charts and graphs
• Experience in clerical duties
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
