Robert Half International Operations Manager (Administrator) in Carmel, California
Primary responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:
Oversee, execute, and manage development activities, including corporate gifts, foundation grant applications and reporting materials, individual donations, and digital fundraising.
Assist in the development and maintenance of stewardship processes that include tax acknowledgement receipts, thank-you note production, donor segmentation, and managing up other stewardship activities to senior leadership.
Execute solicitation and non-solicitation print and digital communications.
Conduct research on prospective and existing donors.
Maintain accurate and updated records in Salesforce and adhere to data entry standard procedures, as well as refine relevant reports and dashboards periodically.
Manage an active portfolio of donors and interface with donors regularly.
Identify and research prospective and current donors, as needed.
Fulfill other duties as assigned.

2+ years of relevant nonprofit experience is required, and candidates must:
Strong Database experience (Salesforce Preferred)

Be able to take initiative, lead projects, and inspire others;
