Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a driven Claims Adjudicator! If you are a customer service professional who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and helping elevate customer experiences, then we have a position for you. In this position, you will be responsible for understanding the needs, motivations, and emotions of customers, then applying this knowledge to strengthen customers' experiences across the organization.
Major responsibilities
Investigate and determine appropriate application of coverage
Accurately evaluate and determine settlement of semi-complex claims
Review all claim assignments in detail
Work in an environment that is strategic, high-volume, and fast-paced
Ensure proper diary management on all claims
Requirements
Proven ability to collaborate with others is essential, as well as exceptional project management and problem-solving knowledge
Candidates who possess strong interpersonal, customer service, and communications skills, including strong listening capabilities
Advanced business writing skills, including the use of email correspondence
Strong computer skills including knowledge and experience with customer relationship management software (CRM)
Promptly answer inbound calls and provide quality customer service to all clients
