Description

We are looking for a talented Business Analyst to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a central role in improving and developing our business initiatives. The Business Analyst will conduct thorough data analysis, assist with strategic business planning, facilitate operation efficiency, and develop new business processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, strategically minded, and highly analytical, with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with various departments to understand business operations and requirements.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis to diagnose business problems and suggest appropriate solutions.

  • Develop, implement, and monitor business strategies and key performance measures.

  • Collect and interpret operational data and create reports for management.

  • Assist with decision-making processes by presenting relevant business insights.

  • Conduct regular business process reviews to identify areas for improvement.

  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and conduct workshops to define business requirements.

  • Work with the IT team to improve and maintain business systems, if necessary.

  • Participate in the implementation of new systems and procedures.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 3-5 years experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications and data analysis software.

  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage across various departments and disciplines.

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and business process improvement strategies.

  • Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.

  • Strong presentation skills, with a focus on translating technical information into understandable solutions for non-technical stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with data modeling techniques and reporting systems.

  • Proven experience in managing and implementing operational changes.

  • Strong ability to develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines.

  • Professional certification in Business Analysis is a plus.
