Robert Half International Account Manager in Carrollton, Texas
Do you love interior design and high end home decor? A client of ours in the luxury home furnishings industry is currently looking to bring on a customer service representative who can provide white glove customer service to their high end buyers. Our client offers high end home decor and furnishing to interior designers for commercial and residential spaces.
In this role you will be responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and various internal departments by supporting customer inquiries /questions. In this role you will be the first point of contact for the customer and you are responsible for assisting and resolving any issues that arise.
Job Duties Include:
Acting as a gate keeper for client communication
Communicating via phone and email (there are more emails than calls)
Must have really strong interpersonal skills over phone and email
Addressing client needs and updating customer accounts
Processing customer orders product in system
Navigating various customer issues
Intermediate call/service center experience (1+ years)
Sales/Solution Selling (1+ years) preferred
Account Management experience (1+years) preferred
Familiar with a CRM and has experience working within a ticketing system.
They should have experience in being tied to a queue (scheduled lunches and breaks)
Bachelor’s degree, preferred
