Description We are in search of an HR Recruiter to join our team in Carrollton, Texas. This role provides an opportunity for a contract to hire employment scenario. In this position, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to the recruitment process, including processing applications, maintaining accurate records, and handling inquiries. You will also monitor accounts and take appropriate actions.

Responsibilities:

• Use various tools such as ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, and Careerbuilder for recruitment processes.

• Manage and process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency.

• Maintain accurate customer credit records and update the Applicant Track System accordingly.

• Perform thorough Background Checks as part of the recruitment process.

• Oversee Benefit Functions and ensure they align with company policies and guidelines.

• Exhibit excellent Communication skills when interacting with potential candidates or responding to inquiries.

• Utilize the CRM system effectively for customer relationship management.

• Monitor customer accounts regularly and take appropriate action based on account status.

• Stay updated with the latest recruitment strategies and tools, including 'About Time' software.

• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now

• Proficiency in using CRM software
