Robert Half is seeking a Controller for the southwest metro area. This person would ideally have 5+ years of experience in accounting, construction experience ideal, along with a hands-on approach. Requirements - Attention to detail and proven ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement
Self-driven motivator who takes initiative on projects with a strong ability to understand and solve creative challenges
BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other business related field
Progressive accounting experience, including as a Controller preferred
Experience working in a dynamic and changing company environment a plus
Demonstrated ability to build and deliver effective presentations to audiences with wide-ranging backgrounds
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to exercise good judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis
Previous experience in public accounting is highly valued
Vow to meet business deadlines
Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills
Outstanding technology, analytics and management experience required
Comprehensive knowledge of Quickbooks Online
CPA/MBA preferred
