Description
We are offering a contract-to-permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist based in Cary, North Carolina. This position is with a fast growing Technology company and offers a hybrid work environment. The role involves heavy accuracy and volume and requires keying invoices, and maintaining a semi-automated system.
Responsibilities:
• Handle heavy data entry tasks with accuracy and speed
• Key in invoices in a timely manner
• Hands on with system integration
• Handle a volume of 100 invoices per day
• Ensure accurate and fast data entry
Requirements • Strong proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP)
• Demonstrated ability to execute Computer Data Entry tasks efficiently
• Proven experience in Data Entry
• Proficiency in Data Entry involving Numeric data
• Knowledge of Information Technology industry
• Familiarity with standard office software and systems
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
