Description
Robert Half is seeking a dynamic and experience Customer Service and Customer Success Manager to provide interim support for an ecommerce organization here in the Triangle area. You will be responsible for providing a productive and motivating working environment, and addressing any issues/disputes from customers or clients. You must be local to the North Carolina area for this positon.
Job Responsibilities:
Managing a team of 25 with daily meetings for direct reports
Managing call escalations
Supporting sales directors with large orders
Trouble shooting issues for clients and internal concerns
KPI management and improvement
Root cause identification and analysis
Process management
Monitoring phones, chats, and emails
Optimize work flow and customer services
Managing vendor communication
Must be able to drive excellence
Generating sales leads, building sustainable relationships where necessary
Requirements
Experience requirements:
8+ years of expeirence within a Call Center and Customer Success
5+ years of experience managing a large call center and team
Background in ecommerce, sales, or retail is preferred
Zendesk software preferred
Experience working in CRM
KPI reporting
Must be located in North Carolina
