Robert Half Data Analyst in Cary, North Carolina
Description We are looking for a Data Analyst to be part of our Construction/Contractor industry team based in Cary, North Carolina. The successful candidate will be involved in implementing software to streamline communication between all systems and focus on customer master data. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity and will be part of a hybrid working environment.
Responsibilities:
• Implement software to streamline communication across all systems.
• Assist with the implementation process and prepare for the system going live.
• Conduct data analysis with a focus on customer master data.
• Utilize Excel macros and create access databases as part of the job function.
• Work as part of a shared services team to deliver results.
• Handle cash applications as part of the job responsibilities.
• Work with JD Edwards, E1/Enterprise One/JD E 8.3/JD E World systems.
• Utilize skills in Apache Spark, Database, EO/IR systems, Erwin Data, HDFS, AB Testing, Analytics, AWS Technologies, Business Intelligence (BI), and Business Requirement Document.
• Maintain and update customer master data.
• Monitor customer accounts for delinquent payments and take necessary actions. Requirements • Proficiency in Apache Spark and HDFS
• Experience with EO/IR systems
• Familiarity with Erwin Data
• Knowledge in AB Testing and Analytics
• Proficiency in AWS Technologies
• Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools
• Ability to create and comprehend Business Requirement Documents
• Experience in managing Customer master data
• Background in the construction/contractor industry
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices.
