Robert Half Human Resources (HR) Manager in Castle Hayne, North Carolina

Description We are offering an opportunity for a skilled Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in Castle Hayne, North Carolina. This role is integral to our operations, focused on managing and overseeing all HR functions, from employee relations to compliance and compensation administration. You will also be expected to master various tools and systems such as ADP - Financial Services and ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all HR initiatives, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization

• Bridge management and employee relations by resolving issues promptly, applying equitable treatment, and ensuring compliance with professional standards

• Develop and monitor the company's compensation administration to ensure it remains competitive and motivating

• Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits, and conducting regular employee engagement activities

• Ensure compliance with all HR and business policies, procedures, laws, standards, and regulations

• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, increase productivity and retention

• Manage and oversee the usage and application of HR tools and systems like ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, and ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Regularly update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data

• Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues

• Manage and oversee the company's benefit functions, ensuring all employees understand and utilize their benefits to the fullest extent. Requirements • Proven experience in a Human Resources (HR) Manager role

• Comprehensive knowledge of ADP - Financial Services

• Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now

• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Experience with Ceridian and HRMS software

• Ability to use About Time software effectively

• Understanding of Benefit Functions within a HR role

• Experience in Compensation Administration

• Strong knowledge of Compliance within HR

• Proven ability in managing Employee Relations
