This Desktop Support Analyst position, which is a permanent opportunity, is located in the Castleton On Hudson, New York, area.
Your responsibilities in this role
Coordinate hardware repairs with the appropriate vendors
Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, issues and remedial actions taken or installation activities
Offer support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems
Preserve, inspect, and mend computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripherals
Be in contact regularly and effectively with ticket submitters
Supply computer desktop support in accordance with established policies and procedures
Resolve computer problems, and give guidance on appropriate action/solutions Requirements - Ability to write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals
Remote access VPNs experience desired
Proficiency in Apple Devices
Microsoft Office experience
