Description
We're on the lookout for a proactive individual to fill the role of Registration Specialist. This position entails a range of administrative duties, from scheduling appointments to assisting callers with information requests. The ideal candidate will bring at least 1 year of customer service experience to the table, with a preference for prior patient-facing roles. Key Responsibilities:
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain organized calendars.
Serve as a point of contact for callers, providing accurate and helpful information.
Ensure thorough and precise patient registration and documentation.
Engage with a diverse clientele, including those seeking urgent care, with empathy and professionalism.
Assist with various administrative tasks as directed by management
Requirements
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED).
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a customer-facing or healthcare environment.
Proficiency in typing and basic computer skills.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and multitask effectively.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
