Description

We are looking for a competent Graphic Designer to join our client's team located in Catonsville, Maryland. This role will primarily involve print design work in the healthcare, hospitals, and social assistance industry. You will be expected to make use of your strong Adobe InDesign experience, among other skills, to create compelling designs that communicate our brand message.

Responsibilities:

• Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral

• Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software

• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas

• Work as part of a team with copywriters, designers, executives etc.

• Take on special design tasks to support multiple projects (e.g. color correction)

• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic

• Test graphics across various media

• Amend designs after feedback

• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

Requirements • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop.

• Proven experience in the design and creation of advertisements and brochures.

• Demonstrated knowledge and skills in digital design techniques.

• Ability to effectively contribute to brand awareness initiatives through creative design.

• Prior experience in the healthcare, hospitals, or social assistance industries is preferred.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with a diverse team.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet project deadlines.

• A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.

• Ability to accept and integrate feedback to improve designs.

• Knowledge of current design trends and techniques.

• A portfolio of previous work demonstrating design skills and creativity.

• Degree in design, visual arts, or related field is advantageous. Innovation starts with people.®
