What you get to do every day:
Oversee operational and financial modeling, building models from scratch, developing existing models, and breaking larger models into sub-components to help drive sound business decisions
Help drive requirements and implementation for financial planning and business intelligence systems
Be in charge of special projects and ad hoc analyses, including new initiatives, products, risks and opportunities that are frequently emerging
Report on financial results on a monthly and quarterly basis, relaying trends, risks and opportunities to the leadership team
Collaborate with regional leaders to develop financial forecasts and set performance benchmarks, utilizing business judgment and financial insights to help with decisions that align capital and resource allocation within the company budget
Push forward company innovations beyond conventional forecasting
Scale and transition from startup to mature enterprise, including refining the planning processes, and ensuring financial compliance, accountability, and integrity is spread throughout the organization
Requirements - Accepting applicants with at least a BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; CPA/MBA recommended
Recognized track record of excellence and relevant experience in Banking and/or Corporate finance / operational FP& A at either a fast-growing tech startup or a large, well-established company
3+ years of relevant job experience working with multiple stakeholders
Comprehensive knowledge of UAT Testing
Strong familiarity with Project Stakeholders
Business requirement documentation experience
Skill with Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tools required
Proven flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
