Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Desktop Developer to join our Clients team in CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa for a Full-time / Direct Hire opportunity. As a Software Developer, you will be instrumental in creating, modifying, and testing the code, forms, and script that allow computer applications to run. You will be working with applications that are related to Microsoft SQL Server and Desktop Application development, utilizing languages such as C# and Visual Studio. Must be able to think outside the box and simplify applications for the end-user. If you like to learn new languages/frameworks, can be responsible for implementing new features, maintaining existing code, and refactoring existing code used both internally and externally at the company, you will be successful at this position. Requirements
• Holds a minimum of 2 years of experience in software / application development
• Proficient in C# - Sharp and Visual Studio
• Demonstrated expertise in Object Oriented Programming
• Experienced in working with Microsoft SQL Server
• Proven experience in developing Desktop Applications
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think logically
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work towards deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
