Description
Robert Half has partnered with a SaaS company in Centennial in search of an Accounts Receivable Clerk! The Accounts Receivable Clerk position is offering a hybrid work schedule and is paying $60,000-$70,000!
The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be responsible for the following:
Manage and maintain the accounts receivable ledger, ensuring all customer payments are accurately recorded and processed in a timely manner
Process invoices within the Suite Billing module in NetSuite and issue them to customers, ensuring all billing information is accurate and up-to-date.
Respond to billing changes requested by customers or management within the Suite Billing module.
Maintain customer invoice portals, ensuring that all invoices that need to be entered for certain customers are entered or uploaded.
Utilize NetSuite to record transactions, generate reports, and analyze financial data.
Collaborate with other members of the finance team to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and ensure financial accuracy.
Process and apply deposits both by mail and automatic ACH.
Perform regular audits of the subscription data to ensure correct licensing data.
Perform other tasks as assigned
Requirements for the Accounts Receivable Specialist include:
2+ years of accounts receivable experience
Proficient in Pivot Tables & VLOOKUPs in Excel
Preferred qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Specialist include:
SaaS industry experience
NetSuite experience
