Robert Half Medical Customer Service Representative in Centennial, Colorado

Description

We are looking for a dedicated Medical Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in the healthcare industry, based in Centennial, Colorado. This role primarily involves handling new customer enrollments and maintaining strong relationships with various departments.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.

• Address and resolve customer concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner.

• Adhere to all HIPAA guidelines/regulations.

• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs.

• Provide clear and concise information to customers on products, services, and processes.

• Accurately load all patient information into the working system, generating all necessary documentation.

• Maintain a strong working knowledge of products & services, insurance rules and regulations, and company policies & procedures.

• Continuously update knowledge on industry trends and customer service best practices.

• Adhere to established quality standards and guidelines in customer interactions.

• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

The role requires skills such as Customer Service, Sales, Documentation, Planning, Insurance, Workstation Support, Medical Coverage, Production, Paperwork, Regulation, Call Center Customer Service, Best Practices, Fund Administration, Company Policy, HIPAA-Regulated, HealthCare.gov, Computer System, Onsite, Quality Standards, Patient Account, Training Session and Dental.

Requirements

MUST BE COMFORTABLE WORKING IN OFFICE, THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN CENTENNIAL, CO. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION.

• Demonstrated proficiency in customer service and sales within a healthcare or social assistance setting

• Proven experience with documentation, planning, and procedures in a logistics environment

• Familiarity with planning processes, insurance matters, workstation support, and medical coverage

• Experience in production and paperwork handling within a logistics role

• Knowledge of regulation, call center customer service, and best practices in a healthcare setting

• Experience with fund administration, company policy, and HIPAA-regulated environments

• Proficiency with HealthCare.gov, computer systems, and onsite logistics operations

• Demonstrated commitment to quality standards in logistics and customer service

• Experience managing patient accounts in a healthcare or hospital setting

• Ability to conduct training sessions and provide support to team members

• Familiarity with dental logistics and dental insurance is a plus

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and in accordance with privacy laws and company policy

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proficiency in using computer systems for data entry, communication, and record keeping

• Must demonstrate a high level of professionalism and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

• Must be able to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently.

• A commitment to continuous learning and improvement is highly desirable.
