Description

We are offering a PERMANENT PLACEMENT employment opportunity for a Sr. Customer Service Representative in Centerville, Ohio. In this role, you will be a critical link between our customers, Third Party Administrators, physicians, pharmacies and assistance programs. Your main responsibility will be to ensure the successful procurement of high-cost specialty medications while providing exceptional service to our members.

Responsibilities:

• Initiate outreach to members to gather necessary information regarding their high-cost specialty medication.

• Coordinate and prepare member files and patient assistance applications with our Third-Party Administrators, advocacy team, assistance programs and the member’s provider.

• Analyze all cost-effective options for each specialty medication.

• Maintain communication with specialty pharmacies, local pharmacies, and mail order pharmacies to ensure members prescriptions have been received and processed.

• Monitor shipment of medications to prevent any disruption with the member's treatment.

• Advocate for the member as well as the group insurance plan.

• Request renewal information for members re-enrollment in the program.

• Handle outgoing calls, email inquiries and text messaging, providing an outstanding experience at all levels.

• Ensure accuracy, proper handling, and appropriate distribution of member and company documents.

• Assist with processing members' claims through an internal claims system when needed.

Requirements • Proven experience in a customer service role

• Ability to deliver superior customer service consistently

• Strong capability to build and foster relationships with clients

• Excellent research skills to find solutions to customer queries or issues

• Proficiency in data entry to accurately maintain customer records

• Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with clients

• Capacity to handle client communications professionally and efficiently

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Proficiency in using computer systems and software relevant to customer service

• High school diploma or equivalent education level

• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings if required

• Willingness to continually update skills and knowledge in customer service trends and best practices.
