A Century City Real Estate and Investment Firm is in search of an Administrative Assistant/Front Desk Coordinator on a temporary to full time basis. This is a fast paced role that requires strong administrative skills and heavy attention to detail. Duties for the role include managing the reception area and answering the phones- the phones can be busy, they have a four line phone system. Additional duties will include managing the mail and signing for packages, greeting guests, assigning parking validations, stocking the kitchen, and making sure the conference rooms are tidy. Hours are 8:30-5:30 and parking is covered. position pays $45-$55k once full time.
At least two years of experience in a professional office setting.
