Description
RHL is seeking a legal Copy Clerk for a professional services firm based in Century City, California. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity, where the incumbent will be responsible for a range of tasks including legal copying, scanning, hospitality, reception, and mail sorting. This role also includes supervising junior clerks, ensuring the smooth operation of our office services.
Responsibilities:
• Legal copying and scanning of documents, ensuring accurate and efficient processing
• Providing hospitality services, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients and visitors
• Handling reception duties, managing incoming calls, and greeting guests
• Sorting and delivering mail to appropriate recipients within the organization
Requirements
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience in a similar role in a legal environment
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suites including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
