Robert Half Legal is seeking a legal office hospitality associate to assist with hospitality duties within a large Century City law firm on a long-term contract basis. The role does offer the opportunity to be considered for a permanent role if the candidate presents as someone who is a good fit with the team on the long-term. Williams Lea is a drug-free workplace that requires candidates complete both a background check and drug screening process prior to beginning work with their team. Interested candidates should send an updated resume to ? Organizing conference room set-ups and breakdowns. ? Organizing / coordinating meetings in a timely fashion. ? Handling hospitality orders ? Coordinating conference rooms in firm?s calendar/outlook system ? Cleaning kitchens and meeting rooms to turnover quickly for follow up meetings ? Using radio devices to communicate quickly with team members and catering clerks. ? Handling conflicts resolutions and smoothing out disputes / discrepancies amongst the team. ? Heavy interaction with firm?s partners and managing the relationship between vendor and law firm ? Handle additional projects as assigned, including spreadsheets, work-flow coordination and sensitive and/or confidential documents and information.
