Job Title: Accounts Receivable Clerk
Robert Half is excited to announce an immediate opportunity to join a leading manufacturing company in Cerritos, for the role of an Accounts Receivable Clerk. This is a contract position with competitive pay of $20-$24 per hour.
Job Description:
As an Accounts Receivable clerk, you would be responsible for running aging reports and making collection calls. The ideal candidate is someone who possesses outstanding organizational skills, excellent attention to detail and a high degree of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular aging reports to identify delinquent accounts.
Reach out respectfully and professionally to customers owing money, making collection calls effectively.
Maintain an accurate, detailed record of accounts, payments, discrepancies, and any other related documentation.
Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Requirements
Required Skills/Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in a comparable position necessary.
Strong aptitude for numbers, ability to manage detailed work accurately.
Disciplined approach to methodical work, strong organizational skills.
Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, etc ) and accounting software is important.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
