Robert Half International Customer Service Representative in CHADDS FORD, Pennsylvania


OfficeTeam is working with a waste management company who is in need of a Customer Service Representative on a temporary to full-time basis. This is an indefinite work from home position. The candidate will be responsible for answering high-volume incoming calls, reviewing vendor contracts, handle correspondence with clients and negotiating service contracts, dispatch service request calls, create service tickets and update existing tickets for clients, assist with tracking, communicate with management and escalate issues when needed and more! Candidates with experience working in an incoming call center are strongly encouraged to apply. Candidates with experience working remotely in a call center is a plus!   • Answering Inbound Calls experience preferred

  • Call Center Customer Service experience

  • Proficiency in Dispatching

  • Manage Vendor Relationships experience preferred

  • Excellent customer service and office administrative skills

  • Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • 2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment desired

  • Proficient with computers and technology platforms

  • Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach

  • Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

  • Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
