The Sales Coordinator is needed to support the teams Sales professionals by managing potential calls pertaining to leads, managing order entry and data entry. The Sales Coordinator will be tasked with inputting client data into the internal system for tracking, creating and updating files both electronic and digital, and ensuring that the Sales team is equipped with the right materials to land the next big sale! Duties of the Sales Assistant may also include clerical projects to ensure a clean environment for the team. This position does require some in office work so the ideal individual will have the flexibility to work remotely and in office. Managing order entry and data entry
Handling any phone calls pertaining to leads
Inputting client data
Providing all other Sales Coordinator-related duties as needed
Preparing communications and proofreading documents
Assisting in coordinating orders to ensure completion of process
Supporting sales teams by providing administrative, technical and clerical support
Experience using SAP preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain professionalism while communicating with all levels of internal and external vendors, clients or management
Attention to detail is a must
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
Exceptional social skills, previous experience coordinating projects, and able to work well with all internal personnel, outside clients and vendors
BA/BS degree in business, communications, or related field preferred
