Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a PC Technician in Chandler, Arizona. Working within the Internet Service Provider industry, you will be involved in various technical tasks, providing essential support for our operations.
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical assistance for computer hardware, including Dell Technologies and Mac Computers
• Utilize Linux Technologies for software support and troubleshooting
• Conduct regular AB Testing to ensure optimal system performance
• Maintain and manage active directory systems
• Expertise in handling and troubleshooting Apple Devices
• Implement and manage Backup Technologies, ensuring data safety and accessibility
• Perform Cable Installation tasks as required
• Utilize IBM tools and software for various computer tasks
• Monitor and administer computer systems and networks
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults. Requirements • Proficiency in Computer Hardware
• Knowledge of Dell Technologies
• Familiarity with IBM systems
• Experience with Linux Technologies
• Expertise in handling Mac Computers
• Understanding of AB Testing methodologies
• Proficiency in Active Directory
• Experience with Apple Devices
• Knowledge of Backup Technologies
