Description We are in the Hi-Tech Engineering industry based in Chandler, Arizona, looking for a PC Technician. The chosen candidate will be part of a dynamic team, working in an environment that constantly evolves and adapts to new technologies. This role provides a short term contract employment opportunity as a key part of our technical support team.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize technical skills in working with Dell Technologies, EO/IR systems, and Microsoft products.

• Provide technical support for networking issues and operating systems.

• Manage and maintain Active Directory setups.

• Handle computer hardware issues and ensure efficient operation of all hardware components.

• Perform Configuration Management tasks as per the company's guidelines.

• Oversee deployment of new systems and ensure smooth transition for users.

• Provide deskside support to users, resolving any technical issues they face.

• Ensure all systems are up to date and running the latest versions of software.

• Manage and resolve all technical queries promptly and effectively.

• Collaborate with the team and contribute to the development of new strategies for effective technical support. Requirements • Proficiency in Dell Technologies is required

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems is necessary

• Proficient in Microsoft software and tools

• Excellent networking skills are essential for this role

• Must have a deep understanding of operating systems

• Prior experience with Active Directory is required

• Strong knowledge of Computer Hardware is a must

• Experience in Configuration Management is important

• Must be capable of handling Deployments effectively
