Robert Half PC Technician in Chandler, Arizona
Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a PC Technician in Chandler, Arizona. The role is within the Internet Service Provider industry where the selected candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks related to computer hardware, software, and network systems.
Responsibilities:
• Handle and resolve customer inquiries related to computer systems, software, and hardware
• Utilize skills in Dell Technologies, IBM, Linux Technologies, and Mac Computers to perform tasks efficiently
• Conduct AB Testing to ensure the functionality and performance of different systems
• Use Active Directory for managing network resources
• Provide support for Apple Devices and implement Backup Technologies
• Perform Cable Installation and ensure the proper functioning of the network systems
• Maintain accurate and efficient customer credit records
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on account status
• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all tasks. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Computer Hardware
• Proficient in Dell Technologies
• Knowledge of IBM Systems
• Familiarity with Linux Technologies
• Experience with Mac Computers
• Understanding of AB Testing methods
• Proficiency in Active Directory
• Experience with Apple Devices
• Knowledge of Backup Technologies
