Robert Half International Receptionist in Chandler, Arizona


OfficeTeam is currently seeking a Receptionist to manage the phones and front desk of a prominent local construction firm. The firm is located in east valley, and their current Receptionist is taking a maternity leave for approximately 3.5 months. The project may be extended past this point, but it is guaranteed to go at least 3.5 months for the right candidate. As the Receptionist, you will answer phones, sort mail, assist incoming visitors, and provide basic clerical assistance (e.g. data entry, filing, faxing, etc.).

Previous reception experience and proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required for this position.
