Robert Half VP Corporate Finance and Investor Relations in Chanhassen, Minnesota

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in the Amusement/Recreation Ser/Entertainment industry located in Chanhassen, Minnesota. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented VP/Director of Finance to join our team. This role will provide critical strategic support to the executive team with insights on business performance, forecasting, and long-range strategic planning.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic support to the executive team with insights on business performance.

• Oversee the financial planning and analysis function of the business.

• Manage the execution of an effective investor communications strategy.

• Cultivate relationships with the investment community.

• Educate and update investors about the company.

• Provide feedback to the Senior Leadership Team on how the market views the organization.

• Utilize accounting software systems for financial planning and analysis.

• Conduct auditing and budget processes to ensure financial accuracy.

• Manage capital and perform cash flow analysis.

• Utilize CRM software for managing investor relations.

• Conduct cash flow and investment financial modeling for strategic planning. Requirements • Minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar role within the Amusement/Recreation Ser/Entertainment industry.

• Advanced proficiency in 3M, ADP - Financial Services, and CapEx.

• Extensive experience with Accounting Software Systems and CRM.

• Proficient in all Accounting Functions including Auditing, Budget Processes, and Cash Flow Analysis.

• Excellent skills in Capital Management, Investor Relations, and Cash Flow Modeling.

• Strong ability to conduct Investment Financial Modeling.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field required; Master's degree or MBA preferred.

• CPA or CMA certification is desirable.

• Proven track record of financial process improvement.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Must possess excellent organizational skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
