Fast growing company in the Chapel Hill area is seeking a Manager of Benefits. The ideal candidate will possess at least 7 years of HR experience and 2 years plus in a supervisory role. This role will oversee the employee benefits and compliance aspects of this organization. In addition to being well versed in Benefits Administration, this role requires someone that can interact with managers and staff at all levels of the organization. Responsibilities: will include.
• Administers all benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement plans, and voluntary benefits.
• Leads company open enrollment
• Oversees leave administration
• Ensure that HR compliance is being met
• Manage the employee handbook
