Description

If you want to work in the growing Real Estate Property/Facilities Mgt industry, you might be the Customer Service Representative Robert Half is looking for. This Customer Service Representative position could be for you, if you are articulate and highly-skilled. For this position, you must have experience working in a call center environment. This position requires you to provide superior customer service to every customer/client you communicate with. This Customer Service Representative job is long-term contract / temporary, and located in Downtown Charleston, South Carolina. Candidates who thrive in a dynamic, rapidly-changing call center will be interested in this position.

What you get to do every day

  • Manage incoming telephone calls

  • Retrieve and oversee the sending of written business communications

  • Through your success in the role, you will support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

  • Deliver outstanding, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

    Requirements - Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

  • Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

  • 2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment desired

    • Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
  • Enthusiastic attitude and an engaging businesslike approach

  • Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

  • Excellent customer service and office administrative skills

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Foundational knowledge in Forwards Incoming Mail

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Answering Inbound Calls

  • Solid understanding of Daily Mail

  • Experience with Mail Packages

  • Adeptness in Restocking

  • Proficiency in Email Correspondence

  • Knowledge of Distribute Incoming Mail

  • Proven ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

  • Strong technical skills including proficiency with MS Office
