Description
We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Charleston, South Carolina. The selected candidate will be part of a dedicated team in the service industry, providing top-notch customer service and ensuring the smooth functioning of dispatch operations. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve customer inquiries.
Responsibilities:
• Process and handle incoming customer inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Use customer service skills to resolve issues and provide satisfactory solutions to customers.
• Work with the dispatching team to ensure efficient scheduling and coordination of services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
• Provide superior customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Liaise with other team members and departments to ensure a consistent and high level of customer service.
• Familiarize with service titan software for effective job completion.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance job performance and customer service skills.
Requirements
• Proven experience in a customer service role
• Ability to effectively resolve customer service issues
• Demonstrated excellence in providing superior customer service
• Experience in dispatching, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using computer systems for tracking and information gathering
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team and contribute to achieving team goals
