Your responsibilities

  • Retrieve and oversee the sending of written business communications

  • Give exceptional customer service in a timely fashion

  • Be a part of business development by by actively cross-selling and referring customers

  • Manage and place incoming telephone calls

    Requirements

  • Excellent problem-solving skills

    • Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
  • Experience using Microsoft Office

  • Strong computer skills including customer database systems

  • Demonstrated talents in communicating and interacting with clients/customers, both internal and external

  • 2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment desired

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

  • Practical knowledge of Previous Sales

  • Expertise in Up-Selling

  • Inside sales experience highly preferred

  • Background working with Inbound Sales

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Customer Quotes

  • Solid understanding of customer service

  • Customer Account experience highly desired

  • Strong familiarity with Inbound Telephone Calls

  • Adeptness in Customer Contracts

  • Professional Phone Etiquette experience

  • General familiarity with Customer Satisfaction

  • Excellent customer service and office administrative skills

  • Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach
