Robert Half HR Coordinator in Charleston, South Carolina


Robert Half is partnering with a company in search of a HR Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for the full cycle recruiting, onboarding, payroll, HRIS data entry, and benefits administration. To be qualified for this position, you must have at least 2 years of HR experience. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity located in the Downtown Charleston, South Carolina area. Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Head of HR

  • Source candidates

  • Conduct phone screens as needed

  • Conduct interviews as needed

  • Train new employees

  • Handle all new hire paperwork

  • Payroll

  • Manage the electronic filing system

  • Reconcile benefit statements

  • Maintain employee files

  • Process new hires

  • Process terminations
