Description If you are looking for an HR Recruiter position with a growing Construction/Contractor company, this might be right for you. Your success in this position will be related to how well you manage recruiting candidates through a variety of different channels. This position is best for someone who can perform recruiting functions as well as a variety of personnel related administrative tasks, including providing clerical support to the HR department. Major responsibilities

  • Noting and posting job opportunity advertisements

  • Optimizing digital recruiting resources

  • Influencing internal recommendations

  • Handling new-full-time on-boarding paperwork/orientations

  • Conducting interviews

  • Acquiring and sorting candidates through various sources and platforms

  • Undertaking various administrative duties Requirements - Highly detail oriented; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity

  • Proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms

  • Bilingual preferred

  • Willing to work as part of a team or independently and have the drive to take on a variety of tasks and projects

  • Proficiency with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

  • Quality experience with policies & procedures

  • Good understanding of Resume Screening

  • Proven knowledge of HR Policy

  • Well-founded grasp of Human Resources (HR) Administration

  • HR compliance experience highly desired

  • General familiarity with interviewing

  • Deep understanding of sourcing recruitment

  • Previous experience working with Review Resumes

  • Solid understanding of Recruiting Processes

  • Practical knowledge of internal communications

  • Foundational knowledge in customer service

  • Wide ranging experience with Conduct Interviews

  • Earlier work involving Prescreening

  • Command of Recruiting Strategy

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience

  • Experience writing procedure manuals, user instructions, business correspondence, and general report writing
