Robert Half SAP Project Manager in Charleston, South Carolina

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Project Manager to lead our critical migration project. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA, project management methodologies, and a proven track record of delivering successful ERP implementations.

Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, timeline, resource allocation, and risk management.

  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and external vendors.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including technical consultants, functional consultants, and end-users.

  • Technical Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules and their integration points.

  • Data Migration and Integration: Oversee the planning, execution, and testing of data migration activities.

  • Change Management: Develop and implement effective change management strategies to minimize disruption and ensure user adoption.

  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Define and execute rigorous testing strategies to ensure system quality and performance.

  • Go-Live and Post-Implementation Support: Plan and execute go-live activities, including user training and support.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, with a strong focus on SAP ERP implementations.

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale SAP S/4HANA projects.

  • Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, etc.).

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with data migration tools and techniques.

  • Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) are preferred.
