Job Description:

As a Document Controller, you will play a pivotal role in managing and organizing critical documents across our various locations. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, accessibility, and security of our documents while adhering to industry standards and best practices. The ideal candidate will possess advanced technical abilities in Windows 365, SharePoint, and project management, coupled with a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the creation, revision, and distribution of documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Develop and maintain document control procedures and workflows to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

Utilize advanced features of Windows 365 and SharePoint to manage document repositories, version control, and access permissions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, organize, and catalog documents related to various projects and initiatives.

Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy and completeness of document records, resolving discrepancies as needed.

Provide training and support to staff members on document control processes and software applications.

Assist in the implementation of document management systems and tools to improve workflow automation and information retrieval.

Act as a liaison between internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate the exchange of documents and information.

Stay current on industry trends and best practices in document management, continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement.

Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Adobe Acrobat is required

• Should be familiar with Microsoft SharePoint

• Ability to handle Correspondence and Document Control tasks efficiently

• Must have the ability to perform special projects as assigned

• Experience in creating detailed reviews and reports is necessary

• Strong organizational, attention to detail, and multitasking skills are essential

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Must have a proactive approach to problem-solving

• Experience in a fast-paced environment would be advantageous

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field is preferred.
