Description
We are seeking a Human Resources (HR) Assistant based in Charlotte, Michigan. This role offers a short-term contract employment (May-August) opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients on the phone, in person and electronically
Assist clients with job strategies and navigating applications
Assist clients with resumes, cover letters
Direct clients to training resources and other aids to assist in their job search
Requirements
Experience and proficiencies with basic computer skills especially Microsoft.
Strong customer service skills including the ability to listen and de-escalate when needed
