Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Accountant in CHARLOTTE, North Carolina. This role is within the financial services industry and will involve handling accounting functions, managing accounts payable and receivable, and performing regular audits. The successful candidate will also have to operate various accounting software systems and engage in enterprise resource planning.
Responsibilities include:
• Utilizing various accounting software systems to manage financial data
• Performing regular audits to ensure accuracy in financial documents and procedures
• Handling accounting functions, including balance sheet accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Operating with ADP - Financial Services for payroll management and other financial services
• Implementing and managing ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems for better business process management
• Conducting month-end reconciliations and credit card reconciliations
• Using Cl Programming for business applications
• Managing travel and expense reports using Concur
• Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and standards
• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action based on their financial activities. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services
• Knowledge in CL Programming
• Familiarity with Concur
• Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Ability to handle various Accounting Functions
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Skills in Auditing
• Ability to manage Balance Sheet Account
