Robert Half Administrative Coordinator in Charlotte, North Carolina

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator in Charlotte, North Carolina. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the processing of warranty claims, maintaining and updating customer and sales information, and managing contracts and invoices. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the registration of warranties for newly installed equipment and handle warranty claims for repairs and labor reimbursement.

• Coordinate contracts by ensuring they are accurately entered into the system and fully completed.

• Conduct data entry tasks, inputting customer information, policies, sales details, and more into the system.

• Handle the uploading and keying in of invoices and web uploads.

• Generate customer invoices and facilitate invoice uploads to various customer web portals to ensure payment for services rendered.

• Support Invoice Delivery and Billing by updating customer records to facilitate routing of invoices.

• Update customer Master pricing data for various services and product lines.

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices.

• Utilize skills in SAP, Customer Invoices, Coding Invoices, Order Entry, Billing, Field Sales, Sales Support, Data Entry, Invoice Processing, and Contract Administration. Requirements • Proficiency in SAP software is required

• Experience with customer invoices and invoice processing is essential

• Ability to handle order entries accurately and efficiently

• Familiarity with billing procedures and practices

• Experience with field sales and sales support

• Proficiency in data entry is necessary

• Knowledge of contract administration and claims processing

• Experience in coding invoices is desirable

• Must be able to support administrative tasks effectively

• Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team is necessary
