Robert Half Administrative Coordinator in Charlotte, North Carolina

Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator in Charlotte, North Carolina, United States. This role is in the industry of customer service and administration. As an Administrative Coordinator, your main function will be to ensure the smooth operation of our administrative systems, particularly in the areas of warranty registration, claims processing, contract coordination, and customer invoicing.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the registration process for newly installed equipment warranties.

• Handle the processing of warranty claims, including repairs and labor reimbursement.

• Coordinate contracts by ensuring all contracts are accurately entered into the system and completed.

• Perform data entry tasks, including inputting customer information, policies, and sales information into the system.

• Manage the uploading and keying in of invoices and web uploads.

• Generate customer invoices and facilitate invoice uploads to various customers’ web portals to ensure payment for services performed.

• Support billing by updating customer records to facilitate the routing of invoices.

• Update customers’ pricing data for various services and product lines.

• Ensure the timely and accurate processing of invoices.

• Utilize skills such as SAP, Customer Invoices, Coding Invoices, Order Entry, Billing, Field Sales, Sales Support, Data Entry, Invoice Processing, and Contract Administration in performing tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in SAP software is required.

• Demonstrated experience in handling Customer Invoices.

• Proficiency in Coding Invoices is essential.

• Experience in Order Entry is necessary.

• Familiarity with Billing processes and procedures.

• Previous experience in Field Sales is beneficial.

• Proven track record in Sales Support.

• Competency in Data Entry is required.

• Experience in Invoice Processing is desirable.

• Familiarity with Contract Administration is necessary.

• Experience in Claims Processing is advantageous.
