Robert Half Business Analyst in Charlotte, North Carolina
Description
Robert Half is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a solid background in Agile (SCRUM) methodologies and proficiency with Atlassian tools. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Client's Software Product Owner (PO) to ensure the Development team has the resources necessary to consistently deliver value to both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Employ iterative and sequential project methodologies to assist with project delivery, maintaining regular engagement with clients and teams.
Manage and update Jira tickets.
Collaborate with the PO to identify and implement improvements to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Oversee projects from a business analysis perspective, provide status reports as needed, and serve as a primary contact for stakeholder communications.
Review preliminary business requirements for inconsistencies and escalate issues to the PO as necessary.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA) testing using Postman.
Requirements
Over 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Preferably experienced in the travel or airline industry.
Proven ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams in a continuous delivery environment.
Strong understanding of business analysis techniques.
Proficient knowledge of APIs, web services, webhooks, system architecture, and user management.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and utilizing 80/20 thinking.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
Experience with payment or blockchain services.
