Robert Half Business Analyst in Charlotte, North Carolina
Robert Half is currently looking for a Business Analyst who can help in the creation of continued business and a great working environment. The BA will work alongside others perform required analysis and speak to various complex concepts. As a Business Analyst, you will communicate with non-technical users about what is currently going on.
Develop operational strategies and processes to support new business growth in key accounts / regions
Establish service/spares operational solution for Service/Spares products
Drive operational effectiveness and performance by using internal metrics / dashboards
Maintain excellent relationship with customers and achieve external customer commitments
Drive cross functional collaboration and alignment with regional partners to enable/improve operations efficiencies
Investigate, scrutinize and recommend solutions to improve business processes, procedures and structures
Initiate CIP (Continuous Improvement Programs) to develop appropriate processes and road map to improve service operations
Create Service Request and Incidents for assigned area, Problem Management if applicable
Create/Initiate Change/Enhancement requests, working closely with IT Business Partners to improve our existing system designs, and implement effective solutions
Provide inputs for functional requirement, acceptance criteria and participate in user acceptance testing
Develop methods to ensure consistent application and use of analytics. Establish the governance of data and algorithms used for analysis, analytical applications and automated decision making
Identify new kinds, types and sources of data to enable business innovation throughout the organization
Minimum Bachelor’s degree or higher
At least 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst
At least 3 years of experience in Product Support/Escalation; Creating Change Requests and IT Backlog management
Process oriented thinking
Well-developed analytical, diagnostic skills
Structured and collaborative problem-solving skills leveraging analytics
Excellent organizational and customer service skills
A strategic thinker with strong interpersonal and communication skills, decision making skills, people management skills, project management skills
Experience in Field Service Operations Support is advantageous
In-depth knowledge and experience in Semiconductor Industry are advantageous
Knowledge of business complexity, service subscription models and spares solutions relevant markets
SAP experience is preferred
